Who is responsible

What we collect

When you reserve: first name, last name, e-mail, phone, and for children’s courses the child’s first name and age.

What for

Only to run the course: to confirm your reservation, to contact you about changes, and to know who is coming.

Who else sees it

Nobody, apart from our hosting and e-mail providers, who process the data on our behalf in Switzerland. We do not sell or pass on data.

How long

We delete reservation data 12 months after the end of the course.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted. Write to us at info@atelierbeauxarts.ch.
