Terms and conditions

Scope

These terms apply to all courses and workshops of Atelier Beaux-Arts, Werkstatt 14, 3005 Bern.

Reservation

You reserve through this website. The reservation is binding once you receive our confirmation by e-mail. A series is always booked as a whole.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs and include basic materials unless stated otherwise. You pay at the studio at the first session, in cash or with TWINT.

Cancellation by you

Free of charge up to 7 days before the first session. After that, 50 % of the price is due. If you do not come, the full price is due. You may send someone in your place.

Cancellation by us

If a course does not reach enough participants or we have to cancel, we tell you as early as we can and you pay nothing. We reschedule single sessions of a series where possible.

Missed sessions

Sessions you miss in a series cannot be refunded.

Children

Children are registered by a parent or guardian. We supervise children during the course only.

Liability

Paint stains. Please wear clothes that may get dirty. We are not liable for damage to clothing or personal belongings. Insurance is your responsibility.

Photos

We only publish photos of people or their work with their consent, or the consent of the parents.

Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bern.
